Job Title: Senior PLC Developer/Control Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PLC Developer/Control Automation Engineer with a proven track record in Rockwell Controls and Cognex/Keyence Vision System to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize PLC programs using Allen-Bradley Logix systems.
  • Design HMI/SCADA systems with proficiency in FactoryTalk View.
  • Integrate and fine-tune Keyence/vision systems for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with 21CFR Part 11 regulations in all automation processes.
  • Conduct validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for control automation systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement machine/equipment controls.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Produce concise technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of PLC programming experience, with a focus on Allen-Bradley Logix.
  • 5 years of HMI/SCADA design experience, preferably with FactoryTalk View.
  • Proficiency in integrating Keyence/vision systems into control automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with EtherNet/IP and VFDs.
  • Ability to read Process & Instrumentation Drawings, electrical, and logic diagrams.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
