Our team is seeking to welcome a Civil Engineer in Training (EIT). We are looking for a motivated and ambitious candidate who has experience with Civil Engineering software and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, working alongside colleagues under the guidance of Licensed Civil Engineering professionals.

What you’ll do…

  • Project Support: You’ll work under the guidance of senior engineers to assist in the design and implementation of projects. Prepare plans, specs, quantities, cost estimates, and other supporting documents.
  • Documentation and Reporting: You will analyze information and data to perform routine design tasks. Research code requirements, design options and document findings.
  • Communication: Keeps Project Manager informed of workload and any changes in project schedule or scope or additional services
  • Team Collaboration: You’ll participate in project planning and organization with our current EIT team to meet client expectations.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as necessary.


What you need to bring to the table…

  • EIT certification or the ability to obtain registration within 1 year.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in roadway design, drainage, water/wastewater, and site development projects.
  • Knowledge of MicroStation, Geopak, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
