Duration: 12-18 month contract on W2 (No option for C2C or 1099)

Timeline: One Interview Week of 1/6, Estimated Start Date 1/27

W2 Pay: $64/hr


Required skills:

  • 7+ years of End-2-End Project Management experience
  • Recent experience at a large bank/financial institution
  • Knowledge and experience with payment processes, specifically real time payments
  • Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results
  • Strong project financial management skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Guides projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated
  • Develops and manages to project plan
  • Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues
  • Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hoc topical meetings; formulates agendas and documents minutes, action items
  • Ability to provide project status on deliverables or escalate issues to sr. leaders and executives
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
  • Experience with ISO 20022 is extremely helpful


Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
  • Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
  • Ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
  • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.
  • Individual Contributor.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Project managers lead a variety of different types of projects utilizing several different methodologies including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployments.
  • Project managers may manage multiple projects and may have end to end responsibility for the work effort and may lead both technology and non-technology initiatives.
  • Project Manager will also be responsible for project financials partner closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables.
