Overview:

As a Business Analyst at FanRally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships while driving impactful marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and brand visibility. You will serve as the primary liaison between FanRally and its partners, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity. 

This role is ideal for dynamic individuals eager to navigate a broad spectrum of challenges, from partner management to data-driven insights, within the fast paced world of sports and technology startups.


Responsibilities:

Partner Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for FanRally's partners, ensuring their needs are met for optimal use of our platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and helping tailor our platform to enhance their effectiveness.


Marketing Execution:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
  • Assist in creating content for various channels, ensuring consistency with the FanRally brand and monitoring campaign effectiveness.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytics to extract insights from data, creating reports that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.


Customer Insights & Experimentation:

  • Leverage data to gain deep insights into customer behavior, leading platform experiments to refine and develop new features.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn insights into tangible platform improvements, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical or operational role, ideally in marketing, partnership management, or a related field within tech or the live events industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • A passion for sports/music and technology, with a desire to make a significant impact in a team-oriented environment.
