Job Description:

  • Must have experience in Aerospace components & Good understanding of Aerospace Product development, Manufacturing Process.
  • Proficient in problem solving & troubleshooting, root causes analysis and solution through lean tools, PDCA,5S, QC tools, VSM & Tool Cost reduction.
  • Preparing the Station wise Standard work instruction & WBS creation
  • Ensuring process improvements, compliance and participating in technical discussions to review technical documents.
  • Proficient in IE activities like time study, Line balancing, Layout design, manpower planning etc.
  • Able to train the operator based on work instruction creation

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience in aerospace components and demonstrate a strong understanding of aerospace product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Apply lean tools such as PDCA, 5S, QC tools, VSM, and tool cost reduction techniques to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Develop station-wise standard work instructions and create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Lead process improvements initiatives, ensure compliance with quality standards, and actively participate in technical discussions to review technical documents.
  • Perform Industrial Engineering (IE) activities including time study, line balancing, layout design, and manpower planning to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Train operators based on work instruction creation, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.


Qualification: BE Engineering (Mechanical /Aerospace)
