Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer Location: Midland, Georgia

Job Description & Skill Requirement: Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, and execution phases. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipate challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and reduce production costs Conduct feasibility studies, process evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and project prioritization Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing sustainable solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality management systems in all manufacturing activities Update status reports, present project status to customers, and work project management to ensure productive and consistent customer communication. Understand and adhere to all export control regulations. Travel locally onsite to the customer facility several days per week as needed and comply with all customer site requirements.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 7+ year(s) of relevant experience Expert understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems Proficient in project management tools and methods; MS Project, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ect. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding customer interfacing skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in manufacturing project management, preferably in a regulated industry such as aerospace Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation technologies Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or FDA regulations An understanding of engineering outsourcing business practices Experience writing or creating standard work, establishing processes, and documenting lessons learned An alignment with LTTS company values, including: Being Purposeful, Ethics & Integrity, Caring, A Culture of Learning, and Results with Accountability.
