Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in construction staffing to lead our recruitment efforts. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring skilled trade professionals, ensuring timely placement for our clients' construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Construction Staffing Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to recruit top-tier talent for construction and skilled trade positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the construction sector.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee sourcing strategies through job boards, trade schools, social media, and industry networks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand project-specific needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide detailed reports to leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and safety regulations specific to the construction industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in construction or skilled trades staffing.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing successful recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
