Account & Client Coordinator - Agency

We're fortunate to work with amazing brands and clients on some truly exciting projects, and we're looking for someone like you to join us on this remarkable journey.
We are looking for an Agency Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Project Planning: Assisting in the creation of detailed project plans and timelines.
- Project Management Software: Entering and managing key information in our project management tool, Monday.com.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive start.
- Reporting and Presentations: Preparing comprehensive reports and engaging client presentations to communicate project status and results.
- Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling client calls and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Administrative Support: Providing general support to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, including designers, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet the agency’s standards and client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Identifying potential project risks and working proactively to resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing to the development of internal processes to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management or project coordination.
- Proficiency with project management software, preferably Monday.com.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Marketing experience or education is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in our Boca Raton office.
