What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by promptly responding to phone and email inquiries.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with valued customers.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders in our computer system.
  • Accounts Receivable Support: Assist with invoicing and credit card processing tasks.
  • Collections Assistance: Support collections efforts to ensure financial integrity.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies.
  • Sales Manager Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to facilitate order entry, billing, and invoicing.
  • Internet Orders: Manage internet orders, processing approximately five orders daily.


What You'll Need to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • MRP System Familiarity: Knowledge of systems like Fishbowl.
  • QuickBooks or ERP: Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
