HHA - Home Health Aide

Putnam Farm at Danvers is looking for compassionate CNA's/HHA's to join our team As a Certified Nursing Assistant or HHA, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Opportunities
Days: 7a-3p
Evenings: 3p-11p
Nights: 11p-7a
Rates: Starting at $18/hr and up depending on experience
Additional hourly shift differentials for Evenings and Nights
CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.

Requirements
CNA Requirements:
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
- Willingness to learn
