Our team operates on a schedule in the office from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.


Position Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting functional and non-functional business requirements, creating test plans, leading user testing sessions to implement enhancements across the organization, and improving cross-functional business processes. You will be crucial in helping the organization gather data and analyze business processes to make informed decisions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

  • Advanced eliciting business requirement skills to produce project documents that align with the business objectives.
  • Consistently collaborate, communicate, and listen to our business partner's systematic changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct business process discovery sessions and create systems and process maps to support the project.
  • Perform gap and root cause analyses to recommend enhancements that improve productivity for current systems and business processes.
  • Develop project plans and monitor progress on deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines by partnering with the developer, to write technical development requirements.
  • Perform regression, unit, and system software testing per test plans by developing and leading the testing plans and training for applications and new business processes.
  • Be the subject matter expert for developed applications and business processes.
  • Oversee all stages of projects, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and warranty.
  • Monitor and evaluate the project progress at each stage of the process.
  • Ability to identify and document change requests and escalate appropriately.
  • Must have good time management skills and be able to multi-task.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or of related experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, databases, and ERP Systems and processes
