Terms of Employment

  • W2 Contract, 6 Weeks
  • This position is 100% onsite in San Francisco, CA.
  • The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (PST).


Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role such as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar.

  • Experience working within Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry/tracking purposes.
  • Possess a warm, positive attitude with a willingness to happily speak with people who approach the front desk – to leave these individuals with a positive experience.
  • Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Strong communication skills across employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to triage and create sensible prioritization to continue to be effective.
  • Accurate, organized, punctual, and accountable.
  • Comfortable considering light physical work – which is required when setting up small conference rooms for events.


Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience creating temporary badges for building visitors.

  • Experience leveraging Zoom to set up and schedule virtual meetings.
  • Experience using Envoy to check in visitors.
