Terms of Employment
- W2 Contract, 6 Weeks
- This position is 100% onsite in San Francisco, CA.
- The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (PST).
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role such as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar.
- Experience working within Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry/tracking purposes.
- Possess a warm, positive attitude with a willingness to happily speak with people who approach the front desk – to leave these individuals with a positive experience.
- Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
- Strong communication skills across employees at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Ability to triage and create sensible prioritization to continue to be effective.
- Accurate, organized, punctual, and accountable.
- Comfortable considering light physical work – which is required when setting up small conference rooms for events.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience creating temporary badges for building visitors.
- Experience leveraging Zoom to set up and schedule virtual meetings.
- Experience using Envoy to check in visitors.
