Position Overview: As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our guests expect. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring smooth check-ins, providing valuable information to guests, and addressing their needs promptly.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the front desk team in their daily operations. Schedule the Front Desk department, ensuring there is 24/7 coverage. Oversee check-in/check-out processes and ensure accuracy in reservations. Train and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Assist in managing room inventory, rates, and occupancy to optimize revenue. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experiences. Ensure compliance with Marriott standards and policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role, with at least 1 years in a supervisory capacity preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software (experience with Marriott systems is a plus). Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma required; additional education in hospitality or related field preferred.
