We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with experience in working with ServiceNow HRSD scoped applications, such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, and HR Performance Analytics.Must have 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow HRSD. TITLE: ServiceNow HR Developer

Location: Hybrid Torrance, CA (60% or more. Minimum of ONE day a week onsite).

Company: Market Leader

Duration: 12 plus months

Pay Rate: Market

Visa Status: This is direct W2 contract and absolutely NO C2C/H1B. Must have a valid visa that allows you to work with us on a direct W2. No 3rd parties.


Critical Must Haves:

  • Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other tools
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow HRSD
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow HRSD solutions and integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR certifications are preferred
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow development tools and methods
  • Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods
  • Experience in working with ServiceNow HRSD scoped applications, such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, and HR Performance Analytics
  • Experience in working with Agile methodology and using tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins
