Job Title: Project Administrative Assistant – Mortgage/Banking

Job Location: Atlanta, GA (midtown)

Workplace Type: on-site

Workplace Schedule: Monday through Friday (40 hours per week; 9am to 5pm)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with upcoming administrative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking/mortgage sector and experience working with legal contracts and agreements. Additionally, proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in the banking/mortgage sector is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal contracts and agreements is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and analysis projects within the banking/mortgage sector, including contract management, document preparation, and data analysis.
  • Review and analyze legal contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, track project progress, and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative projects.
