Compliance Analyst

The Role

The Compliance Analyst position, as part of Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) organization, is responsible for working with clients and business partners to perform a wide range of compliance/nondiscrimination testing services for qualified, defined contribution plans.

  • Analyzing Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) and Form 5500 filings for Fidelity s WI Plan Sponsors.
  • Work with clients and business partners in utilizing Plan Sponsor Webstation (PSW\u00AE) to analyze data and consult with clients about their NDT results and Form 5500 preparation and filing.
  • Communicate with clients, business partners and colleagues regarding the status of testing and outstanding data issues.
  • Knowledgeable with functions and calculations vital to complete required non-discriminations tests including ADP/ACP, Annual Additions, Top-heavy and Minimum Coverage tests and able to convey this information to clients.

The Testing & Reporting Compliance Associate works to deliver best in class support and expertise to the WI Client Service Teams and most importantly our clients to help them meet the regulatory requirements of having a qualified retirement plan.
