Some Certification, Tool and Die, Journeymen or other related to the job duties, some secondary vocational school)
RM NOTES BASED ON MY CONVERSATION WITH THE HIRING MANAGER:
- The CW will be responsible for hand skill work like assembling, welding, modification on the tools (e.g. Change parts shape) using tools like hand grinder, sander etc.
- Responsible for productivity repairs on the dies.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone with positive attitude (Keen to lean, think out of the box)

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Support model launch at manufacturing plants through engineering activities for process setup, die trials, and documentation.
- Process confirmation (T1 activities, process sheet and die design reviews)
- Trial readiness confirmation with Die Manufacturing and plant pilot team.
- Die tryout lead onsite and countermeasure direction setting
- Safety, quality and productivity confirmation of die and part
- Documentation of activities and handover to manufacturing plant
- Strong small tool hand skills and minimum 2 years Tool and Die experience.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, to work with internal and external customers for countermeasure setting.
- Ability to travel to support team at other locations (domestic and international)
