Hybrid – Downers Grove, IL - It is anticipated that a significant portion of the effort should be performed off-site. Staff should be available for on-site events in Downers Grove, Illinois.

The Project Manager should have the following minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years relevant experience.

Experience working with Transportation or Tollway clients.

The Project Manager should possess the following degree/certification:

A bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or related field.

Active PMP or PgMp Certification.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

Ensure that work efforts achieve the outcome specified in the business and technology strategies.

Reviewing objectives; coordinating activities across projects; utilizing change management techniques and tools; overseeing the integration of work products and results; identifying and managing risks with mitigation strategies, managing issue resolution, tracking and reporting on progress against objectives and schedule

Communicating to management, and other services as required.

Responsible for acting as the primary point of contact and liaison for the Vendor to address orders, issues, status, concerns and action items.

Responsible for contract and project time management, team organization and progress, leadership and performance tracking and measurement.
