Our client is a large organization that is building out its team to undergo a tech transformation. They are looking for an HR Partner who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, guiding leadership on human capital strategies, and driving organizational development initiatives. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.


HR Partner’s Responsibilities and Duties

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the healthcare environment.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management, with a focus on maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring staffing needs are met for both clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws.


HR Partner’s Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, JCAHO).
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
