Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Associate with deep respect for customers and blue-collar workers to join our existing recruiting team to support our rapid expansion. This role will be responsible for supporting regional recruiting efforts for our Partner organizations. Targeted roles include Management as well as higher volume frontline Sales and Production roles. We are a fast-paced, fun team You must be able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and roll up your sleeves This role will require work on-site in our SouthPark, Charlotte office 3 days per week will work remotely the other two weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive hiring processes
  • Manage requisitions to ensure needed candidate quality and quantity
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews, debrief with hiring managers, and gather data for process improvement.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through effective candidate communication, timely feedback, and social media engagement.
  • Monitor recruiting data to identify trends and improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills + Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Well-developed sourcing and screening abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Military experience or experience in the home improvement or service industry is a plus.
