Human Resource Admin

Summary:

To provide support and development of Human Resource Initiatives and systems. Also provides counseling on policies and procedures, while being actively involved in recruitment and employee on boarding.

Routine Duties:

·      Complete new hire processes

·      Process background check paperwork

·      Process benefit renewals

·      Administrate company 401K plan

·      Process payroll and reports

·      Maintain PTO reports

·      Mediate HR meetings

·      Provide coaching for employees

·      Schedule training for employees

·      Additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Education:

·      High School Diploma

·      Human Resource Certification and/or Training


Skills and Experience:

·      Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources

·      Knowledge of Human Resource functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)

·      Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

·      Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office

·      Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

·      Strong ethics and reliability
