Paragraphics, Inc. is seeking a proven packaging industry pro to drive new business and continue to accelerate our sales growth. This individual will have an open territory to pursue leading CPG brands as well as packaging channel partners. In addition, this role will have a high level of input and oversight of company marketing initiatives.


Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect and develop new folding carton and packaging business.
  • Create and implement customer programs and on-boarding strategy.
  • Develop a referral network and manage relationships with thought leaders and channel partners in the packaging, product design and graphic design space.
  • Create strong relationships with direct brands creative, operations and purchasing departments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Paragraphics CSR, design and production teams.
  • Train sales personnel of channel partners on product details and company capabilities.
  • Diligent in following up with prospects or customers on quotes or stage of the opportunity.
  • Provide input for marketing concepts or tools that generate leads and prospects.
  • Log sales activity and report back to Sales Director.


Qualifications:

  • 5 + years’ experience in sales, customer success or business development.
  • 3 + years’ experience in packaging, commercial printing, product design or graphic design.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and driving sales growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Works well on an individual basis.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Experience with startup or growth stage CPG brands is a plus.
  • Understanding of omni-channel (DTC & Retail) packaging strategies.
