Inside Sales Representative

WrkSpot is a technology company reinventing hotel operations by seamlessly combining operations with labor management and compliance at the property level and across multiple properties, all in a single SaaS solution. We incorporate the latest technology, including IoT and AI, to evolve hotels into smart properties, enabling hotel owners, managers & management companies across the US to better connect, collaborate, and document across roles and teams, increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and visibility into what is happening at their properties.
The Role:
WrkSpot is new in the market and disrupting it This newly created role focuses on lead generation to help our sales team win more business. To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter and not be discouraged by hearing “no.” As the individual accelerating lead generation, you’ll own and bootstrap a key area of our organization. The person in this role will be making outbound calls via our lead gen tool to cultivate new business.
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads based on targeted industry sectors, company size, and decision-maker profiles to ensure focused and effective cold calling campaigns.
- Cold Call Execution: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily, following a structured script to introduce the company's products or services, uncover customer pain points, and qualify potential clients for further engagement.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions in the CRM, schedule follow-up calls, and build rapport with prospective clients to nurture leads toward conversion into sales opportunities.
What we require:
- 2+ years of cold calling sales experience in hospitality/technology sales; a BA/BS degree preferred.
- Strong start-up player mindset and entrepreneurial- Motivated with a desire to win.
- Previous lead generation experience and capability of understanding a prospect's pain points and requirements and correlating potential business to value.
- Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, & presentation.
