As a Vapor Point Inside Sales Representative specializing in sales force management and appointment setting, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's sales initiatives. You'll be responsible for efficiently managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with outside sales representatives, and ensuring a seamless transition of leads from prospect to client. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Force Management:

- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and organize leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and feedback.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist outside sales associates with understanding their pipeline and forecast.

2. Lead Qualification and Nurturing:

- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and build rapport to understand their pain points and requirements.
- Employ active listening and consultative selling techniques to effectively communicate our value proposition and address client inquiries.

3. Appointment Setting:

- Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to align on strategy and priorities.
- Schedule qualified appointments for outside sales representatives, ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
- Coordinate logistics and provide necessary information to prepare outside sales team members for client meetings.

4. Client Relationship Management - Salesforce:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the initial stages of the sales process, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture prospects through the sales funnel and overcome objections.
- Actively engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs and preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years Proven experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools, with a track record of effectively leveraging technology to streamline processes.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business environments.
