POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing operational efficiency within our organization. This role involves data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning to ensure that our operation runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our business goals. The Sales Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive continuous operational enhancements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational decisions.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Create, maintain, and present reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • knowledge in excel and salesforce.
  • Forecasting: Utilize historical data and statistical models to forecast future demands.
  • Design, build, and implement predictive models.
  • Daily interactions with our finance team and other portfolio companies.
  • Ability to work in high paced sales environment.
  • Ability to translate sales data into easy-to-understand presentations that are customer facing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree; 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination.
  • Understanding of various web-based platforms (Smartsheet, Trello, Domo etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience in working with LLM’s (BERT, GPT, etc.).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, able to work effectively with others.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
