About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Business Testing Manager with a solid background in project management and business analysis principles.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant stakeholder engagement experience in both Technology and Business.
  • The Testing / QA Manager will be responsible for managing all testing governance for the US FRTB Program (SA-CVA, BA-CVA) and providing support for dry run production testing to ensure safe and timely delivery of all technology systems for production release.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage UAT Testing by facilitating testing calls between Technology, Risk, and Finance testing teams to address any issues
  • Plan new testing cycles to ensure smooth delivery of requirements and traceability
  • Provide ongoing management reporting for JIRA metrics and defects
  • Develop test planning and test strategy
  • Manage JIRA for issue management and resolution
  • Prioritize defects and provide testing oversight Education

Qualification:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Project management experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)

Required Skills:

  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal direction
  • Ability to create high Quality presentations and reports for Senior Management
  • Proficiency in JIRA and experience with issue management and resolution
  • Strong team player
  • Experience with FO test / CVA is a plus
There is available for relocation.
