Allocate and manage equipment, fleet, and resources across Operating Companies to ensure optimal utilization; this includes planning for seasonal needs such as snow removal or weather-related challenges. Forecast resource needs and oversee procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and labor. Suggest and oversee approved Capex projects and budget.
  • Quality assurance and safety: Conduct periodic quality assurance/site audits to uphold quality standards; implement actions to correct areas for improvement and set the standard for best in class. Oversee safety programs across Operating Companies, driving a safety-first culture through leading by example, promoting training, and holding field technicians, support staff, and leadership accountable.
