The Ford Agency is working with a local school district to find an Investigations Coordinator for their employee relations team. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing processes, compliance, and reporting for all allegations.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing incident reports and assigning cases
  • Interviewing witnesses and subjects of misconduct allegations
  • Preparing reports for hearings
  • Acting as point of contact for law enforcement


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years' of related work experience
  • Previous experience working with children/students
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
