Duties:

- Perform agency responsibilities based upon our core governing principles

- Provide Customer Service to our Commercial Lines clients

- Utilize our Agency Management System to maintain documentation of coverages

and correspondence

- Complete daily task to accurately work processes

- Check and process insurance policies both new and renewals

- Review coverages for accuracy and identify opportunities to round out coverages

- Submit policy change requests

- Accept payments from insured and upload to carrier or deposit

- Review certificate requests to ensure insured has adequate coverages

- Help insured complete audit requests/send in to carrier

- File claims & follow up with adjusters

- Work hand in hand with producer to properly service accounts

- Create proposals/comparisons

- Backup other commercial account managers while out of the office

- Work with team members to build positive culture within our organization

- Answer/transfer incoming phone calls

- Complete insurance courses to gain additional knowledge

- Attend company meetings when requested

- Complete additional task assigned by department manager
