Requirements: Obtain P&C Licenses within 60 to 90 days

Duties:

  • Perform agency responsibilities based upon our core governing principles
  • Provide Customer Service to our Commercial Lines clients
  • Primary backup to answer/transfer incoming phone calls
  • Utilize our Agency Management System to maintain documentation of coverages and correspondence
  • Complete daily task to accurately work processes
  • Accept payments from insured and upload to carrier or deposit
  • File claims & follow up with adjusters
  • Pull daily policies and documents and send to Account Managers
  • Mail Out Policies
  • Load missing accounts in AMS
  • Create Certificates/EPI
  • Create Auto ID Cards
  • Print Dec Page Views for renewals
  • Assist in creating submissions
  • Create proposals/comparisons
  • Create Cyber Quotes
  • Train with Account Managers for additional learning
  • Work with team members to build positive culture within our organization
  • Complete insurance courses to gain additional knowledge
  • Attend company meetings when requested
  • Complete additional task assigned by department manager
