Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst (FA) role is a member of the Brokerage Finance Team, delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to business leadership. You will be participating in a number of key dependencies in supporting the organization including Headcount and P&L governance, KPI/Scorecards and reporting and insights along with supporting the Brokerage Technology team. The position provides an opportunity to learn, grow and build your career with Fidelity Finance.

The Expertise We re Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis; 2+ years of experience with advanced degree
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to apply these skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings
  • Successfully collaborate with business partners and work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexible and work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, SQL
