• Direct appropriate advocacy efforts related to increasing chemical regulations to protect, sustain, and provide guidance to affected businesses

• Monitor and conduct reviews of emerging, global regulatory developments with potential impact on Kodak’s portfolio. Engage businesses and assist in strategy development to cost-effectively meet future directives (e.g., new packaging obligations in several countries, equipment standards, chemicals legislation, PFAS)

Champion Sustainability Initiatives

Assist in understanding the business impacts of HSE issues to enable prudent allocation of resources and decision-making

• Build collaboration across Kodak businesses and functions to best utilize resources to deliver improvements in global HSE performance. Constantly assess priorities to effectively balance significant regulatory demands, evolving business needs, customer expectations, and Kodak’s commitment to sustainability.

• Set a vision for the global HSE team that is aligned to ensure successful implementation of action plans within scope of the Annual Commitment Plan (i.e., budget).

• Champion the analysis of employee injury trends to effectively reduce workplace hazards and improve safety behaviors. Ensure thorough investigation of all incidents, identification of root causes, and the development of effective programs to prevent recurrence.

• Provide company representation to regulatory agencies relating to HSE aspects of Kodak projects, compliance matters, enforcement actions, and remedial activities. Engage legal counsel and third-party consultants as appropriate.

• Remain up-to-date and conversant with relevant laws, regulations and other statutory requirements that may impact Kodak
