Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's HSE strategy to adapt to changing business priorities, new technologies, customer expectations, and global regulatory activity.
  • Lead a multi-national team of HSE professionals in providing direction and support for the company's business operations in various categories.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve significant HSE issues, review policies, and establish corporate-level goals, including targets related to environmental sustainability.
  • Set a vision for the global HSE team aligned with the company's commitment to sustainability.
  • Promote and track activities to attain corporate environmental goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) and/or Professional Engineering license preferred.
  • 15+ years of related experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Management experience leading multi-national technical teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001 requirements, OSHA, EPA, and corresponding global requirements related to chemical manufacturing.
