Our client a top tier investment banking firm is seeking an AVP for their Tri-Party team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to the firm's internal and external clients and vendors. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills are critical to this position as are intellectual curiosity, a sense of urgency and a desire for continual improvement to processes, performance, and business knowledge. They are a growing organization that works at a fast pace, requires full participation each day and rewards exceptional performance in connection with overall business success.

Duties include:

  • of all Domestic Triparty trades in BONY AccessEdge system
  • and reconciling Triparty stock record breaks
  • of full Triparty life cycle processes including trade flow and rulesets
  • between trading desk and cash management teams
  • communication with Finance Desk


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Phase 3 back-office system.
  • Knowledge of Bank of New York settlement platform.
  • Knowledge of Bank of New York, Access Edge Triparty platform.
  • of both Fed and DTC clearing
  • verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and electronic communications tools. Microsoft Certifications a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management
  • Desire to continually learn


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
