Impact

As a Telecommunications Analyst at the EasyIT Group in Los Alamos National Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in providing mobile device support and ensuring seamless communication for both onsite and remote employees. Your expertise in cellular telecommunication systems and commitment to exceptional customer service will directly contribute to the productivity and connectivity of our workforce.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • in-person mobile device support at our EasyIT Storefronts
  • and support iPhones and iPads for onsite and remote employees
  • technical issues involving accounts, cellular devices, or network services in a timely manner
  • problems to appropriate technical personnel on behalf of customers
  • documents, implement standard operating procedures, and establish customer service guidelines related to mobile devices
  • effective customer relationships and provide solutions for service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

  • or more years of experience in cellular telecommunication systems, methodologies, devices, and processes
  • communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as a customer-service mindset

Desired Skills

  • working knowledge of cellular telephone applications, security, and data use controls
  • knowledge of hardware and software integration and testing
  • with Excel and Word


Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
