Requirements:
- Extensive experience in inspections and field services in the petrochemical industry
- Certifications in API 653 with related skills and knowledge base REQUIRED
- NDE Level 2 and 3 experience REQUIRED
- Specific knowledge of, and experience with, industry standards
- Substantial supervisory experience is REQUIRED
- Technically proficient in current workplace technologies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills appropriate for an innovative work environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop, instruct, lead, and motivate field teams to ensure compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards
- Represent the Company effectively with customers, regulators and staff
- Support a training curriculum to ensure compliance with all internal and external rules and regulations
- Issue and ensure compliance with work permits and site-specific safety procedures
- Inspire excellence, confidence and professionalism in the field teams you lead
- Ensure delivery of superior solutions to our customers building trusting relationships
- Coordinate with Business Development, to identify strategic accounts and play an active role in developing these accounts
