Pay Range: 26.87 per hour
A-shift hours- 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM â Monday â Thursday (Eastern Standard Time) Overtime could be required

PLEASE NOTE:

2. THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT, NO 1099 OR CORP-TO-CORP CAN BE SUBMITTED.

Qualifications:
The Warranty Specialist is responsible for researching center claim issues, including claim appeals and claim entry errors, and communicating the results to the centers.

Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
• Analyze and communicate center inquiries regarding warranty claim data.
• Research center claim issues, including claim appeals and claim entry errors, and communicate the results to the centers.
• Consistently make independent decisions regarding center payments and the interpretation of department policies and procedures.

Additional job titles could include: Warranty Quick-Scan Processing, Class Action Representative

Education:
High School Diploma or GED plus technical or on the job training certifications
