Job Description:

  • Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Installation & Administration of Windows 10/11
  • Installation & Administration of MAC OS
  • Hardware break fix of Dell laptop and desktop
  • Endpoint management on MECM (SCCM), MEM (Intune) & JAMF
  • Network devices configuration (Access points, Routers, Switches)
  • Audio & Video conferencing devices administrations
  • On-prem Windows, Linux, and Storage server smart hand support
  • Ricoh printer environment management
  • Azure AD groups and users’ management
  • Agile methodology knowledge

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Onsite End user support based on tickets received in ITSM tools.
  • Provisioning of onboarding new users with all required access and configured hardware
  • Support remote users with their request and incident and configure and ship the hardware assets.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting for users working remotely.
  • Install and configure end points assets for provisioning.
  • Support printer issues across the campus
  • Providing desk side assistance based on user request.
  • Providing white glove support for executives
  • Manage the hardware repairs and inventory management.
  • Manage data cleanup before disposal of assets.
  • Coordinate with a disposal company for assets disposals.
  • Provide smart hand support for Network and server devices.
  • Should be able to travel (Drive down) to remote locations when necessary.
  • Provide support for conferencing solutions and events.
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support.
  • Must be able to lead the critical outage calls.
  • Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the Install, test, and certify operating system service packs, hot fixes, patches and/or upgrades.

Experienced Required:

  • Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting, Win/10/11, VDI and MAC OS.
  • Experience in Hardware break fix (Dell, Apple, HP, IBM Desktop),
  • Smart hand support with (Server, Blade, Storage, Tape Library, Network Devices, Firewall, cabling etc.)
  • Troubleshooting in the data center with the help of respective SME.
  • Excellent skills in PowerShell Scripting.
  • Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Window and Mac Devices
  • Troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Event Logs, File and Print Server
  • Experience in Managing security permissions, Backups, and restoration.
  • Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
  • Experience with managing Walking center for end user support
  • Experience with managing the End point compliance and security through SCCM, Intune & JAMF
  • Experience with EDR and Anti-Virus management
  • Experience of asset inventory management through Asset Management tools
  • Experience with Endpoint life cycle ( Disposal, Repair, New device , Upgrade ) management
  • Experience with Printer management
  • Experience with White glove support
