Job Description:
•8-10 years of experience in a large Citrix environment
•ll aspects of Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of all production Citrix systems
•Designs, plans, and implements high-availability core infrastructure systems
•Develops Software configuration management standards and performs data de-identification and provisioning
•Documents and tracks hardware and software configuration, migration, testing and deployment solutions
•Candidate needs to have strong background in Citrix, Xendesktop, Desktop Delivery Controllers (DDC's), VMWARE, ESXi, Windows Operating Systems
•Citrix Cloud DAAS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.15 LTSR and XenApp 7.6
•Basic knowledge on Microsoft Azure.
•Taking care of MC and DG creation, Application publishing, License Renewal, Maintenance activity, Policy related configuration, etc.,
•nalyzing the requirements for a new Project and implementing the setup
•Monitoring Citrix servers and user's sessions and act based on the alerts.,
•Responsible for the workflow & handling of Incident, Request, Problem & Change Management.
•Maintaining Azure VM from automation service and scheduler services
•Perform Citrix upgrade to client machines
•Good technical knowledge depth on MS Operating System
•Use Citrix user environment manager to virtualize user profile.
•Designed, deployed and managed the Citrix NetScaler virtual Desktop infrastructure for a large scale supporting over VDI desktops.
•Supports applications, hardware, operating systems and network infrastructure
•Make architectural and operational recommendations applying updates to the Citrix environments
•Maintenance/monitoring/upgrading/troubleshooting
•Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the servers in Citrix
•dministration on Citrix PVS for server maintenance (ongoing task), upgrades (ongoing task), and image maintenance/updates/upgrades (ongoing task)
•Configuration, deployment, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of EPIC-related tasks
•Following vendor and Epic best practices for hardware and software configuration
•Drawing upon concepts of tools, technologies, and methodologies to collaborate with other technical specialists when carrying out assigned duties
•Used Citrix Workspace for desktop virtualization.
•Creating cloud service, Virtual Machine Creation in Azure Portal.
•Configuring and managing Virtual Machines using Windows Azure portal.
•Configuring remote desktop to role instance in Azure portal
•To work with other members of the team to ensure the completion of requests within service level agreements and timescales.
•Co-Ordinate with vendor support to fix the issues.
