The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our engineering processes and products comply with laws and regulations, both domestic and international. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ensuring the highest level of quality control, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Regulatory Specialist, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance for our engineering projects, ensuring adherence to local, national, and international laws and standards.
2. Conducting regular quality control checks and audits to ensure our engineering processes and products meet or exceed industry standards.
3. Leading project management efforts for regulatory initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
4. Preparing regulatory documentation and submitting necessary applications for product approvals.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of regulatory requirements into product development and manufacturing processes.
6. Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and standards, and ensuring these changes are communicated and implemented across the organization.
7. Providing expert advice and guidance to the team on all matters related to regulatory compliance and quality control.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory role within the engineering industry, with a strong focus on quality control and project management.
3. Thorough knowledge of engineering principles and practices, as well as local, national, and international regulatory standards.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving project objectives.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
8. Proficiency in using various software and tools for project management and regulatory compliance.
