Position Summary:

As our HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment that fosters growth and productivity. You’ll handle essential HR functions, including professional recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations, while aligning HR strategies with our company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Proactively source and recruit top talent, building a strong pipeline for non-driver roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates fairly and equitably.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee and administer employee benefits, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication to employees.
  • Provide leadership with compensation analysis and assist in structuring competitive packages.
  • Champion a total rewards strategy to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling relations with fairness and discretion.
  • Lead employee engagement efforts and foster a culture of collaboration, support, and inclusivity.
  • Address employee issues and maintain confidentiality, balancing employee and company perspectives.

Onboarding and HRIS Management:

  • Create structured onboarding programs that engage new hires and set them up for success.
  • Ensure employees are proficient users of the HRIS (Paycom) and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Provide insightful data and reports to inform leadership decisions.

Training and Development:

  • Partner with leadership to develop a continuous learning environment that supports both technical and soft skill growth.
  • Design and implement training programs that promote employee development and support company goals.

Performance Management:

  • Manage performance review processes, supporting managers and encouraging meaningful feedback and growth discussions.
  • Offer tools and guidance to enable constructive performance conversations.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure legal compliance across HR practices and maintain policies that align with best practices and company goals.
  • Provide training and coaching to leadership on legal, policy, and employee-related matters.

Health, Wellness, and Succession Planning:

  • Support wellness initiatives and offer guidance on health practices to promote employee wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent management strategies, ensuring readiness for future growth.
