Project Coordinator - Data Center

Quincy, WA (must reside within a 30-mile radius)

Onsite, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM


We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our team of data center technicians in Quincy, WA. You will be responsible for managing awarded projects, providing daily direction to the team, tracking work hours, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion, addressing team challenges, managing headcount for multiple concurrent projects, updating client status trackers, serving as the onsite point of contact, and handling various administrative duties for a Fortune 500 global technology company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Team Coordination: Provide daily direction to technicians, ensuring clarity on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Time Tracking: Monitor and record daily hours worked on specific tasks to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges or issues faced by the team, implementing effective solutions promptly.
  • Resource Management: Manage headcount and ensure adequate coverage across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Client Communication: Update daily trackers with status updates for client and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for technicians and client project managers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates and identify opportunities for additional work or improvements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative responsibilities, including documentation management and adherence to project management processes.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a project management or coordination role, preferably within the data center or construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong aptitude for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions under pressure.
  • Leadership: Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Locality: Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Quincy, WA, and be available to work onsite daily from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in data center operations or construction project management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data center infrastructure and equipment.
