What are we looking for in our Accounting Clerk?

Our client, a well-known real estate online marketplace, is seeking a Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable) on a remote basis.

Contract – W2 Non-Exempt

3+ Months Contract with extensions

100% Remote

Pay: $18-$20/hr. DOE


Duties:
• Assist with general accounts payable tasks and projects as assigned.
• Supervise email inbox’s for assigned tasks.
• Review invoices: input key financial information such as purchase order, project ID, prepaid expense classification, and accounting date.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Closely coordinate with the Purchasing team to clear PO match exceptions.

MUST HAVES:
Secondary monitor and required cables MUST be provided by selected candidates agency before start date. Proof of scheduled monitor arrival is required to be submitted before hires start date.
Outlook, Excel and Google Sheets,
3-5 yrs. of experience with an AP or Accounting CLERK role, but if they have Workday experience, hiring manager would consider only 2+ yrs of solid AP experience/ accounting +
AP experience
Detail oriented, adaptable and good communication skills (to communicate with stakeholders)
