Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Staffing Agency
• Experience in high-volume recruitment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
