Qualifications:

  • Current on-site requirement is three days per week with Monday or Friday as an “anchor” day; however, this is subject to change with notice.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Technology Acumen: advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel).
  • 4+ years of relevant Technology sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing Technology RFPs or sourcing process with minimal support, start-to-finish, for simple-to-medium complexity projects (to include market research, RFP development, and management of communications and stakeholder involvement, etc.) Evaluating vendor bid responses (quantitatively and qualitatively} and RFP analysis using spreadsheets and/or other tools.
  • In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation etc.)
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
  • Establish relationships with Stakeholders / cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
  • Develop and manage IT sourcing project timelines and lead meetings as directed.
  • Ability to be accurate, responsive, and detail-oriented; multi-task; and follow through.
  • Ability to be team-oriented as well as work independently, results and quality-driven, positive attitude, and be active with the entire procurement process.
  • Ability to organize work load efficiently, meet tight timelines, problem solve effectively, and perform duties of the job accurately and with input and follow-up from management.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
  • Ability to drive and lead along with using processes to build and improve work.
  • Comfortable and effective in interacting with all areas and levels of the organization to drive organizational goals and objectives.
