OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, procurement, negotiating, estimating, budget control, safety, and site supervision. The role requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously and to work effectively with minimal supervision.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee project execution from start to finish.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Handle procurement of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Estimate project costs and control budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality and efficiency.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
  • Estimating experience and OSHA 30 certification are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
