Our client, a generative AI company building buyer enablement platfotrms for B2B sales teams, is actively looking for a Principal/Staff Engineer to join their team in Denver This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.


***This is a full-time permanent position***


This Engineer will be joining a 6 person early-stage startup that is focused on helping B2B sales teams sell with buyers, not to them, through AI generated buyer enablement platforms. The platform leverages generative AI to turn a buyer's words from dozens of sales conversations into a concise, personalizes business case.


This Engineer will be working hand-in-hand with the company's co-founder and serve as a go-to engineer for building and shipping products that customers love. The team is ideally looking for someone who is insatiably curious, genuinely enjoys understanding customers, and who has experience with frontend customer-facing implementations


Responsibilities

  • Work independently to define, develop, and deploy implementations to respond to user feedback. This includes shipping new features with autonomy.
  • Work across the full stack of the company's tech stack, from insfrastructure to client-side code. The full tech stack includes: Next.js, Typescript, React for the frontend, NestJS and Docker for the backend, Mongo and Redis for data, and Terraform and AWS for infrastructure
  • Play a crucial role in helping prioritize the roadmap based on user feedback
  • Help the founders balance tradeoffs between shipping fast today, and scale and efficiency tomorrow. This will entail solving complex development issues by developing and running experiments to prove your approach.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working on fullstack software development, ideally on B2B platforms
  • Experience with the majority of our full tech stack: Next.js, Typescript, React for the frontend, NestJS and Docker for the backend, Mongo and Redis for data, and Terraform and AWS for infrastructure
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Deadline oriented nature and experience working in an Agile environment
  • Self-motivated and humble
