Job Title: Senior Consultant


Department: Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) / Organizational Resources and Support (ORS) Division


Job Summary:

The Senior Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting critical work-streams, strategic initiatives, and various projects within the Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) / Organizational Resources and Support (ORS). This position involves providing executive support, managing special projects, supporting recruitment efforts, and contributing to the development and implementation of organizational programs.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support critical work-streams within ORS and the OFAM Front Office, including data analysis and reporting at the Assistant Commissioner level.
  2. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for OFAM and ORS.
  3. Assist in providing executive support for the ORS Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and read-ahead documents.
  4. Help ensure the completion of ORS strategic objectives.
  5. Support managing special projects for the ORS Director and Branch Chiefs as required.
  6. Support managing the OFAM inventive recruitment hiring efforts, including assisting in managing the real-time tracking system, developing automated solutions, and managing content for reporting at the OFAM Recruitment Community of Practice.
  7. Highlight ORS accomplishments in talking points and briefings.
  8. Develop and implement an automated system for the collection and reporting of performance metrics related to the ORS and OFAM mission. Maintain Tables of Organization and update Organizational Charts displayed on SharePoint.
  9. Lead and manage support of OFAM Diversity Program, including DEIA briefings.
  10. Lead and manage support for OFAM Succession Management Initiatives.
  11. Lead and manage support for OFAM professional development and training program, including the program/project management certification process.
  12. Support training and development activities for existing OFAM personnel.
  13. Utilize data analytics to support OFAM leadership decision-making, identify key cost efficiencies, and develop high-level multiyear strategic planning initiatives.
  14. Facilitate ORS Leadership/Branch/Section meetings as required.


Qualifications:

  • Must be an EQ-I 2.0 Certified Coach (Emotional Intelligence)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, executive support, data analysis, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Experience in organizational development, diversity program management, and strategic planning is desirable.
