YOU WILL:

  • Develop and Implement communications plan utilizing multiple mediums

  • Track, coordinate, and prioritize critical deliverables

  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective execution, tracking and updating timelines and contingencies

  • Working closely with the client communications team to execute planned engagements

  • Coordinate project creative team to implement a consistent visual identity across project deliverables and communications

  • Working closely with subject matter experts to create and maintain timely and impactful content for internal and external customers

  • Collaborating with several client departments, vendors, and support agencies to disseminate information content via Web, email, social media, and other vehicles

  • Prepare communications plan

  • Coordinate key deliverables and dates for all major program milestones
