Netsuite Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Netsuite Manager to oversee our NetSuite operations and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the NetSuite platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and optimizing business processes. This role requires strong technical skills as well as a deep understanding of financial and inventory management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the NetSuite team and ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Develop and implement SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder customizations to meet business requirements.
  • Lead API integration projects with third-party applications, including Celigo and Shopify.
  • Analyze and improve Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Revenue Recognition processes within NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of the NetSuite platform.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) and JavaScript programming.
  • Experience with API integrations and familiarity with SuiteCloud.
  • Proven expertise in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Revenue Recognition processes.
  • NetSuite certified or in the process of obtaining certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Node.js and Map Reduce techniques is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
